Lucky Draw: Qantas Gold Card with 50,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points

• Customers will automatically enter the lucky draw when they book a flight with Qantas on CheapTickets.sg from 23 October - 30 November 2022 to Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney.
• There will be one (1) Lucky Draw winner. The winner for the Lucky Draw (“Winner”) will be drawn at random at 1000 hrs on 5 December 2022.
• The Winner shall be notified by email and on CheapTickets.sg social media as indicated in the within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Draw Date.
• CheapTickets.sg will agree with the Winner on a date to redeem the Prize. Personal identification (NRIC or passport) with details matching the Participant’s personal identification details in the booking must be presented in order to redeem the Prize on the agreed date. If a Winner fails to produce the required personal identification documents, his/her respective prize will be forfeited (without any liability on the part of CheapTickets.sg to any person).
• Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Draw Date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from CheapTickets.sg.
• Reserve Winner will be drawn to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by CheapTickets.sg for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
• CheapTickets.sg shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond CheapTickets.sg reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
• If the Winner doesn’t have a Qantas Frequent Flyer membership, he/she can just sign up for free on www.qantas.com/join.
• Qantas will upgrade the winner’s membership to Gold status within 7-10 working days.
• Qantas will credit the 50,000 Qantas points to the winner’s membership within 10-14 working days.
• Qantas has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Qantas is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
