4. Where is my booking confirmation?

After booking your flight, you will receive an email confirmation of your trip booking details.
Alternatively, you can log in to your ‘My Account’ page and view your bookings right there.

5. I made a mistake, can I change my booking details?

Of course! However, do note that the level of flexibility and freedom awarded to customers when making changes is dependent on the airlines themselves, as they are the ones issuing these tickets to you. As such, how much and how fast you can make these changes vary by airline.

This is especially so for low-cost budget airlines like Scoot and AirAsia where you will have to contact the airline directly should you wish to make any amendments.

For small changes such as a misspelling of names, CheapTickets.sg will help assist you - simply sign in on ‘My Trip’ at the top banner and follow the next few steps:

1. Sign in on ‘My Trip’ with your booking number (CSG-12345678) and your email address (the one you have used for booking).
2. Go to the header ‘Change or cancel’.
3. Choose the option ‘Name correction’ and follow the stated steps.
4. If your departure is within 4 days OR if your booking was made today, please contact us by phone instead.

6. Does CheapTickets.sg provide a refund for my cancellation or change in booking details?

As the airline is your direct ticket provider, the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for cancellations or changes in your ticket booking details is dependent on the airline itself. If you wish to see if cancellation or amendment costs will be charged, you can check your Ticket Conditions before making a booking.

7. How do I cancel my booking?

Cancelling a ticket will always involve costs and will vary with the airline booked. If you have booked with a low-cost budget airline like Scoot and AirAsia, you will have to contact the airline directly should you wish to make any ticket cancellations.

For the other airlines, if you wish to cancel your booking, please make a ‘Cancellation Request’ with us by following the next few steps:

1. Sign in on ‘My Trip’ with your booking number (CSG-12345678) and your email address (the one you have used for booking).
2. Go to the header ‘Change or cancel’.
3. Choose the option ‘Cancel ticket’ and follow the stated steps.
4. This is simply a cancellation request and your booking has not been cancelled yet. Our Customer Service Team will send you an email confirming your cancellation only after checking through the ticket's cancellation policy. After confirmation, we will then notify you again that your booking has indeed been cancelled.
5. If your departure is within 4 days OR if your booking was made today, please contact us by phone instead.

In the event that your ticket is stated as one that cannot be cancelled by the airline, you will not receive a refund.

8. Can I still earn my miles when booking with CTSG?

After selecting your preferred flight ticket, you will be redirected to a page to fill in your Passenger Details. There, you can enter your membership or frequent flyer number, per the airline you are booking with.

Otherwise, you can retrieve your booking directly on the airline website using your booking reference. Then, input your membership or frequent flyer number into the passenger details to earn your miles.

9. So, what’s the difference between Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) & price comparison sites?

Although OTAs like CheapTickets.sg and price comparison sites (like Skyscanner and Kayak) allow customers to search and book for cheap flights, there are still a number of differences between these 2 ticket providers, namely:
